With over 25 years' of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and employee engagement, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project. Having worked both in-house and within agencies, I have in-depth experience particularly in the adult social care sector. I’ve successfully implemented employer brands for multiple organisations, including leading a project that won Employer Brand of the Year for a social care provider. As a consultant, I work with employers who need tailored support in these areas, offering flexibility to take on both short-term and long-term projects to meet your unique needs.
MBTI Services
Based in Essex I offer online sessions via Zoom, Teams or face-to-face where possible.
Individual MBTI assessments
- Start your self-awareness journey with the identification of your four-letter type. The first part of the assessment is done online, so you can do it where and whenever it suits you.
- After you have completed the assessment, we arrange a 90 minute feedback session at a time convenient for you
- You will receive a full report detailing your type preferences
- Explore strengths and potential areas for development
- Action planning
Costs for individual assessments including a 90-minute one-to-one session start from £150.
Team MBTI assessments
- Workshops: help team members understand their own and others' personality types. Each team member will need to complete an online MBTI assessment in advance. Results and a full report will be shared in the workshop.
- Team-Building Activities: Use MBTI as a foundation for team-building exercises to enhance mutual understanding and respect.
Costs for individual assessments + a 2 hour team feedback session for up to 8 individuals start from £120 per person.
Group workshops quoted according to requirements.
There are 2 assessments available within the MBTI framework - MBTI Step I and MBTI step II.
