My Background
Hello! My name is Tine – it’s Danish and if you call me Tina you’re not far off. I am based in South Essex. I have a 30-year background in employer branding/people management, and I am a Certified Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) assessment Global step I and II.
As a seasoned employer branding and employee experience specialist, I also bring a wealth of expertise in enhancing organisational culture and engagement and I understand the power of providing teams with a common framework to communicate within. The MBTI ® assessment can make a real difference.
I have held executive-level leadership roles, have many years' experience of the private care sector and of developing and implementing comprehensive people plans. My areas of expertise include MBTI ® assessments, developing employee value propositions (EVPs), employee engagement, employee management, talent attraction, recruitment life cycle, stakeholder communications, internal communication, training, agency management, campaign planning, online strategies, and performance metrics.
